Podcast interview with Volkan Sayman, who is narrating the work in the IDEM project and chances and risks of AI-based tools. We test whether current AI systems can provide accurate image descriptions, learn that AI is not a new phenomenon, and take a (hopeful) look at future AI models. So, is artificial intelligence a useful tool for social participation? What does the current AI hype mean for digital accessibility? And why do we need more political education on this topic?
