iDEM at Convergence 2026 in Surrey

The iDEM project took part in the Convergence 2026 conference in Surrey, UK, with an invited talk and a summer school session on text simplification evaluation, a key area of our work.
Evaluating how language is simplified is essential to make information easier to understand and accessible to more people.
During the session, participants joined a practical exercise and shared valuable perspectives on how simplified texts can better respond to different needs.
